What you should bring with you:
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical degree
- Several years of professional experience in software development
- Experience in designing and leading a team to good technical solutions
- Outstanding knowledge in the Java, JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
- Very Good understanding on C++/Rust ecosystems
- Fluent in English and B2 or better in German
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Technical implementation of the product vision
- Follow new trends in the industry and apply them in a solid way to the product
- Convincing a team to follow best practices and a technical vision
- Management and mentoring of a team of 15+ distributed software developers
- Ensuring compliance with software development standards
- Cooperation with the product management in refining technical requirements
- Cooperation with the scrum masters, to continuously improve the development procedures
- Report directly to the CTO
